ABOUT MILL LANE CHILDCARE
OUR HISTORY
Mill Lane Childcare came to life in September 2022 with an existing Pre-School and Holiday Club.
Heighington Pre-School has been open 50 years in the village and has seen hundreds of wonderful children pass through its doors.
The new After School Club has gone from strength to strength whilst under Mill Lane and is now enjoying being busy every session.
We are continuing to expand and are now working on developing our Holiday Club provision to reach more families in Lincolnshire and further.

Bethan has been in childcare industry since 18 years old and worked in multiple different childcare settings, with ages from 1-16!
She has studied BA(hons) Early Childhood studies at Bishop Grosseteste University and is currently studying a Masters at UCL.
Bethan has a passion for Early Years and is looking to develop Mill Lane Childcare further in the coming years, ensuring high quality affordable childcare is available to all families.
OUR COMPANY AIMS
As a childcare company we strongly believe high-quality affordable provision should be available to all families and we work towards providing this every day.
We also use the following four aims in our everyday practice and they create the corner stones of our settings.
ENHANCE CHILDREN’S WELLBEING
We aim to equip children with the tools and support they need to develop and maintain their emotional wellbeing and mental health.
BUILD AND PROMOTE HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS
We aim to ensure all children are able to recognise and understand what a healthy relationship is.
ENSURE SAFEGUARDING OF ALL CHILDREN
We ensure children are safe and healthy in the care of all our settings and are able to thrive in the environment we create.
STIMULATE AND DEVELOP CHILDREN’S KNOWLEDGE AND LEARNING
We aim to ensure children are excited to attend all of our settings and benefit from all the activities on offer.
